SUBPROCESSOR TRANSPARENCY

At Selixer, we believe in complete transparency about how your data is handled. To provide our platform, we rely on a small set of trusted third-party providers ("subprocessors") that process personal data on our behalf, under contract and with appropriate safeguards. The current list is below.

We notify customers and update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor begins processing personal data.

INFRASTRUCTURE & CORE PROCESSING

Google Cloud (Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage) — Hosting, database, and file storage. Processes all platform data, including generated media and invoice documents. Region: United States.
Shopify — Store connection (OAuth) and syncing of customer, order, and product data. Region: United States.
Amazon Web Services (SES) — Transactional and marketing email delivery. Processes recipient email address, name, and message content. Region: per our configuration.
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Cloud API) — WhatsApp messaging. Processes customer phone numbers and message content. Region: United States.

AI PROVIDERS

Anthropic (Claude API) — Powers WhatsApp AI replies and product-image analysis. Receives limited customer context (e.g. name, email, order history, message content) to generate responses. Processed under Anthropic's Commercial Terms and Data Processing Addendum (with EU Standard Contractual Clauses); not used to train models. Region: United States.
Google (Vertex AI) — Powers AI image generation and acts as a fallback for WhatsApp AI. Processes product data and customer context. Processed under the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum; not used to train models. Region: United States / configurable.

PostHog — Product analytics and session replay (text inputs masked). Processes account-user email, name, and usage events. Region: European Union.
Intercom — In-app support chat. Processes account-user identifier, email, name, and usage. Region: United States.

BILLING & ANCILLARY

Razorpay / Shopify Billing — Subscription billing and payments. Selixer does not store payment card numbers.
Google PageSpeed Insights — Storefront performance audits. Processes store domain URLs only (no personal data).

READ-ONLY AD METRICS (no customer data shared)

We connect to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to read ad-spend metrics only. We do not send your customers' personal data to these advertising platforms.

RIGOROUS VETTING

Before any partner is added, they undergo strict security and privacy due diligence to ensure they meet our standards for data protection and compliance with regulations like the DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR. Where personal data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
