1. Account Verification

All users must verify their email address before accessing sending features. Email verification is conducted through secure, time-sensitive verification links to prevent unauthorized account creation.

2. One-Time Password (OTP) Protection

Sensitive account actions—including password resets and security setting changes—require OTP-based verification. OTP codes are securely generated and expire automatically after a short duration.

3. Secure Authentication

User authentication is protected using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Passwords are salted and hashed using industry-standard algorithms; we never store your passwords in plain text.

4. Email Sending Safeguards (AWS SES Alignment)

Selixer enforces strict compliance standards to align with Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES) best practices and industry anti-spam regulations:

• Only verified users can initiate email campaigns.
• Domain authentication (SPF and DKIM) is required before bulk sending.
• Bounce and complaint feedback is monitored to protect deliverability.
• Suppression handling prevents emails from being sent to opted-out recipients.
